Field Note
Two Editions, One Symposium, Fully White-Labeled
Our team was brought in as the on-site technology partner for two consecutive editions of a recurring symposium in Madinah. The entire deployment ran white-labeled under the organising team's own branding. No Zeemaa name appeared anywhere an attendee could see it, including on our team's uniforms.

Running It Under Someone Else's Name
White-label delivery is a different discipline from running an event under your own brand. Every touchpoint an attendee sees has to belong to the organiser. The invitation arrives from their domain. The WhatsApp confirmation comes from their number. The badge carries their identity. The certificate is signed in their name. Our team worked both editions in unbranded uniforms.
For organisers and PCOs who need the technology delivered under their own name, this is the operating model. Our team runs the system and the desk. The client keeps the relationship and the brand.
Two Editions, Not One
Running consecutive editions of the same symposium meant the second deployment started from a known baseline rather than a blank sheet. Attendee categories, badge templates, and communication flows carried forward. The setup work that takes days on a first event takes hours on a repeat.
